Data use and privacy

The fit form collects your work email, an optional phone number, and the optional qualification choices you select. Only email is required. Blank context remains unknown; every request is unqualified until a human fit conversation. Tenant uses these details to understand your property management software requirements. Requests are saved, but follow-up is not active yet.

What is saved

Contact and qualification details, submission time, and a form-source label are stored in the site’s database. Only the source codes stack-decision, callback-loop, and configure-or-stop are accepted; absent or unknown codes become fieldpacket-fit. Other URL query values are not stored by the form. Repeat submissions using the same email receive the same acknowledgment and do not replace the original request. Synthetic test records are marked separately.

What to leave out

Do not submit resident or ticket data. There is no historical-record upload here. Product scope, approved fields, secure transfer, authorized access, retention and deletion are agreed before any onboarding.

Tracking and contact

This site does not add advertising pixels, third-party visitor analytics, or browser fingerprinting. The form does not save IP addresses or user-agent strings. The hosting provider may process technical request data to operate the service. An optional phone number is not consent to automated marketing or a newsletter.

Your choices

Phone is optional. You may close the form before submitting. To request a change or removal after contact, reply to the Tenant follow-up. A dedicated privacy contact and retention schedule must be finalized before campaign activation; no email address is represented as configured here.
